Philosophy

Welcome to the Department of Philosophy at Baruneswar Mohavidyalaya. The department was established on 01/06/1987 with the opening of arts in B.A. level. Presently the department has two experienced faculty members. Our department is dedicated to cultivating a deep understanding of philosophical thought and fostering critical thinking skills essential for a well-rounded education. The faculties encourage students to explore the fundamental questions about existence, morality, knowledge and the human experience. Here we believe that philosophy is not just a discipline; it’s a way of thinking that enhances one’s ability to analyze complex ideas and navigate the complexities of our world.
